The lavish west London property that pop sensation Rihanna once rented has had $6.3 million taken off its asking price due to a lack of interest from buyers.
The 33-year-old singer of Umbrella had previously rented the house for 2.5 years.
The expansive eight-bedroom home in green St. John’s Wood, which was first offered by estate firm Aston Chase in September 2020 for £32 million ($44.7 million), is now for sale at a discounted price of £27.5 million ($38.4 million).
Shining flooring, an open staircase, and furniture that Rihanna utilised throughout her two and a half-year stay are all present in the roomy living area.
