Curry has previously shown himself to be a skilled businessman, so it comes as no surprise that he has the acumen to flip properties and make money off of them.
With a projected salary of $95.1 million this year, Curry, the best paid player in the NBA when he is not on the floor, is the second highest earner in the league overall.
In addition to his other business endeavors, including his content company Unanimous Media, his recently released children’s book I Have a Superpower, and his relationship with Under Armour, Curry is entering the first year of a new four-year contract, valued at a reported $215.3-5 million.
