And Jennifer Lopez delivered a sizzling rendition of the number at Sunday night’s Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.

The 48-year-old flaunted her chiseled figure in a glittering off-the-shoulder top as her backup dancers lifted her dramatically into the air.

She began Sunday’s performance in a loose-fitting white suit and hat that recalled Chita Rivera in Kiss Of The Spider-Woman in Broadway.

Her white indented-crown hat featured a black ribbon matching her black leather gloves, which were adorned with sparkling bracelets.

The Selena star’s outfit also featured a jeweled belt with a complementary chain, and she buttoned herself into a white smoking jacket and white vest.

Rounding off the suit with a white tie, she sang into a jewel-encrusted microphone and popped on a pair of glistening drop earrings.

J-Lo accentuated her screen siren features with a heavy dose of makeup, including a slick of scarlet lipstick that popped against her black and white outfit.

She was surrounded by a troupe of backup dancers – both men and women – who wore striped grey dress shirts, black ties, black slacks and black suspenders.

Soon enough, however, she swept the coat, vest, tie and dress shirt off, showcasing her toned torso in that off-the-shoulder top.

The hat came off as well, revealing J-Lo’s hair was slicked severely back and wound into a ponytail for her barnstorming performance.

At one point, she was lifted into the air by her dancers, several of whom held her feet as they raised the pop icon into the air.

All of the dancers also wore olive-green indented-crown hats with feathers tucked into the ribbons, and they got to pose with a laughing J-Lo backstage.

J-Lo also released a preview clip of the Dinero music video to E! News, offering a glimpse of guest stars DJ Khaled and Cardi B.

In the brief sneak peek of the music video, J-Lo could be seen dancing up a storm in a glittering jersey and a New York Yankees baseball cap.

The headgear has a double significance – not only is she herself from New York, but her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez used to play for the Yankees.

Calling herself ‘a lucky girl,’ J-Lo told E! that Cardi and Khaled ‘are on fire. I sent them the song. They both loved it…. It just came together really easily and fun. I’m so excited about it.’

She especially heaped praise on Cardi, saying: ‘I loved her before she started rapping. I used to follow her on Instagram and thought this girl is so real. I found out she was from the Bronx. Then, the record came along. I thought to myself, she is so perfect for this.’

Beyonce has been left off the list for Top Female Artist, which will be contested by Camila Cabello, Cardi B, Halsey, Demi Lovato and Swift. However, the Coachella headliner does face a showdown with SZA and Rihanna for Top R&B Artist.

Elsewhere, Irish rock band U2’s live performances were rewarded with nods for Top Touring Artist and Top Rock Tour. They must overcome Guns N’ Roses, who have wowed crowds around the world with a reunited line-up of singer Axl Rose, guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan.

Hard rock band Linkin Park received a nomination for Best Rock Artist following the death of singer Chester Bennington last July. Meanwhile, 68-year-old singer Lionel Richie proved his staying power with a nomination in the category for Top R&B Tour.

As was previously announced, Janet Jackson will be presented with this year’s Icon Award.

Janet will join the likes of Neil Diamond, Stevie Wonder, Price, Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion, and Cher as previous recipients of the honour.

The Nasty hitmaker will also sing at the bash for what will be her first televised performance in nine years.

Meanwhile Kelly Clarkson is hosting the night’s ceremony, and also performing during the show at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Camila Cabello, Ariana Grande, Dua, Shawn Mendes, and Korean pop group BTS  will also all perform at the ceremony.

Other performances include Demi Lovato’s duet with Christina Aguilera.
